We at Shiksha will strive that you get best product at best possible price. However, there are at times when you liked the product on site however you do not like it in physical form. Our refund policy is very straight forward & simple. The product should be in it's original form, no damaged product, tag if any on the product should be intact and refund & return is applicable for only 2 days post-delivery. Post which the product will not be eligible for a return or refund. Once the product is received by us the money will be credited back to the customers origin bank or source account from which money was deducted. the entire refund process may take upto-10 days and hence patience is expected.
